Who is the service is for?
The service is for adults with learning disabilities who live in Islington.
What does the service do?
The Islington Learning Disabilities Partnership provides support, advice and services for adults with learning disabilities. Our staff are employed by Islington Council and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust.
How to access the service
Anyone can make a referral to the Islington Learning Disabilities Partnership. This can be done by phone, letter or calling in at the office to see the Duty Social Worker.

We are based on the corner of Liverpool Road just before it meets Holloway Road.

Parking: There is one disabled parking bay outside the office.
